The Bus Duct Joint Temperature Monitoring Module is used to monitor the temperature at the connection points of electrical busbars, where overheating may indicate abnormal contact resistance or connection problems. This device supports continuous temperature collection, overheat alarms, and monitoring data transmission for power distribution equipment, and helps operators identify thermal risks at key connection points.
This module is equipped with a grey protective housing, an outer sealing gasket, two metal contact probes, threaded mounting inserts, and a front panel operation and alarm indicator light. The adjustable probe positioning aligns the probe with the designated measurement point, while the closed FR-4 control PCBA maintains the temperature acquisition and monitoring circuit. This design combines electrical sensing with the mechanical requirements around the busbar joint assembly.
