The BLDC motor driver PCBA is designed to fit inside brushless DC motor assemblies. It combines motor drive and control functions on a compact, circular circuit board. Instead of the usual rectangular shape, this PCB is round and has several tooth-shaped solder pads around its edge. These pads provide specific connection points for attaching to the motor stator. Once installed, the driver board becomes part of the motor’s internal assembly.
The motor control board includes MOS power devices, a main control IC, electrolytic capacitors, and other components needed for BLDC operation. The power switching section supplies the electrical drive for motor commutation, while the control circuitry handles motor logic and speed adjustment based on the system design. The compact layout fits the electronics within the motor’s limited space. Operating voltage, current, power, and control settings depend on the electrical design and the motor’s requirements.
