Silane Crosslinkable LSZH PO Insulation Compounds are halogen-free polyolefin insulation with low smoke, flame retardancy, low corrosion and low toxicity, for 2.5 mm²+ cables meeting single vertical and Class B bundle flame retardant standards. It features stable mechanical performance, superior flame resistance and good extrudability, compatible with tube/pressure extrusion and screws of L/D 18–25, compression ratio ≤3:1. Fully mix A and B components before extrusion and use up mixed pellets at once to avoid residues. Process at low temperatures to stop premature crosslinking, max temp 175°C: feed 130–140°C, compression 150–160°C, metering 160–165°C, die 165°C. Full crosslinking takes 3–5 days at room temperature. Free-flow non-hazardous cylindrical pellets are packed in 25kg paper-plastic bags (500kg per pallet), stored in cool, dry, ventilated warehouses against damp and sunlight.
