  135°C Crosslinked LSZH Polyolefin Insulation Compounds, Automotive Low-Voltage Wire Compounds, are eco-friendly halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant insulation pellets for automotive wires, complying with Korean standards, JASO D608/D611, SAE J1128, ISO 6722 and ISO 19642. It can be tinted directly or mixed with polyolefin masterbatches; use black masterbatch carefully to prevent blooming. Featuring great mechanical strength, scratch resistance, flame retardancy and extrudability, its main specs: density 1.37 g/cm³, tensile strength 12.6 MPa, elongation 190%, passes -40℃ cold test, volume resistivity 2.0×10¹⁴ Ω·cm, dielectric strength 20 MV/m, oxygen index 29, stable after 165℃ aging. Adopt tube/pressure extrusion with L/D≥25 screw and conductor preheating, max processing temp ≤220℃, irradiation dosage 17–18 Mrad. Dry pellets at 70–90℃ for 2h before use.
