105℃ Non-FR Radiation XLPE Insulation Granules

105℃ Non-FR Radiation XLPE Insulation Granules are irradiation crosslinked polyethylene insulation for medium and low voltage cables, capable of color customization with polyolefin masterbatches and delivering excellent mechanical and processing properties. It has a density of 0.92g/cm³, tensile strength 18.1MPa and elongation at break 600%. After aging at 135℃ for 168h, tensile strength increases by 8% while elongation decreases by 15%. It passes -40℃ impact brittleness test, with volume resistivity 1.5×10¹⁶Ω・cm and dielectric strength 30MV/m. In 200℃ hot elongation test, its maximum load elongation reaches 70% and permanent deformation is only 2%. Suitable for tube and pressure extrusion with a 25 L/D screw, the max processing temperature is 185℃ and recommended irradiation dosage is 16–18Mrad.
