Eco PVC Cable Sheath Compounds are general thermoplastic PVC sheath materials designed for optical cable outer jackets, featuring high extrusion speed, low shrinkage, good wrapping performance, stable mechanical strength, decent flame retardancy and easy coloring, fully RoHS compliant. The material delivers strong protection against extrusion, bending and abrasion to guard internal fiber units, and can be processed on ordinary single-screw PVC extruders without special devices. Extruded cable jackets have uniform thickness and steady physical properties after long-term thermal aging. Free-flowing cylindrical pellets are packed in standard packages and should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated warehouses away from sunlight and dampness, widely applied to indoor communication optical cables, distribution cables and FTTH wiring cables.
