90°C XLPO Irradiated Crosslinked LSZH Insulation Materials are low-toxic halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin for 2.5mm²+ BYJ cables with single vertical, Class B & C flame retardancy. It can be colored with polyolefin masterbatch; black masterbatch requires cautious use to avoid blooming. It has density 1.51g/cm³, tensile strength 13.5MPa and elongation 160%, featuring stable mechanics, good flame resistance and extrudability. After 121℃/168h aging, strength rises 10% and elongation drops 12%. It passes -30℃ cold test, with volume resistivity 1.7×10¹²Ω·m, dielectric strength 21MV/m and oxygen index 37%, 70% hot elongation and 2% permanent deformation at 200℃. Fit for tube/pressure extrusion with 18~25 L/D screw, max temp ≤185℃ and irradiation dosage 10–12Mrad. Pre-dry cylindrical granules at 70–90℃ for 2h to prevent sticking.
