Custom colors available via PO masterbatch; restrict black masterbatch to prevent surface blooming. They offer stable mechanics, good low-temperature resistance, reliable flame retardancy and smooth extrudability, suitable for tube/compact extrusion and screws L/D 18–25, compression ratio ≤3:1. Max processing temp 185°C, pre-dry at 70–90°C for 2h (85°C preferred) to avoid sticking, irradiation dosage 15–17 Mrad. Extrusion temps: feed 150–165°C, compression 170–175°C, metering 175°C, die 170°C. Free-flow cylindrical non-hazardous pellets packed in 25kg paper-plastic bags (500kg/pallet), store in cool, dry, ventilated areas away from moisture and sunlight.
