They feature stable mechanical performance and smooth extrusion to deliver flawless cable surface under matched production conditions, recommended extruder screw with L/D ratio of 25, max processing temperature ≤185°C and standard irradiation dosage 16–18 Mrad. Dry pellets at 70–90°C for 2h before extrusion to prevent sticking, supplied as free-flowing cylindrical pellets packed in 25kg paper-plastic composite bags, 500kg per pallet. Store in cool, dry, ventilated warehouse away from moisture and direct sunlight; this product is non-hazardous goods.
