They are formulated with low-melting-point inorganic frits suitable for float glass, high-temperature resistant inorganic oxide pigments, water-based silicon-based carriers, and environmentally friendly wetting and dispersing agents. Deionized water is used as the diluent, and it contains no high-VOC organic solvents. Specifically developed for screen printing on shower rooms, bathroom partitions, and tempered bathroom glass, the ink is simultaneously heated in a tempering furnace at 680~720℃ after printing, fusing the enamel layer with the glass surface.
