Water-based low-temperature aluminum sheet screen printing ink I. Product Introduction   This series of water-based low-temperature aluminum sheet screen printing inks is an environmentally friendly screen printing ink developed using modified self-crosslinking water-based acrylic and water-based polyurethane as the main film-forming resins, combined with special metal silane adhesion promoters, environmentally friendly water-based pigments and functional additives, and deionized water as the main dispersion medium. It is specifically designed for aluminum substrates such as aluminum sheets, aluminum foil, anodized aluminum, mirror aluminum, aluminum nameplates, and thin-walled aluminum shells. The curing temperature is controlled within a low-temperature range of 80–110℃, solving the problems of deformation, yellowing due to oxidation, and discoloration of the anodized layer when thin aluminum is baked at high temperatures.
