  UV Metal Screen Printing Inks I. Product Introduction This series of UV metal screen printing inks is a single-component, light-curing screen printing ink. It is formulated with modified polyurethane acrylic, epoxy acrylic oligomers, metal-specific adhesion monomers, high-efficiency photoinitiators, and weather-resistant inorganic pigments. It is compatible with 365/395nm LED UV lamps for instant cross-linking and curing, and is specifically developed for screen printing on various metal substrates for surface decoration and labeling.   It contains no volatile solvents and has a solid content ≥95%. Unlike thermosetting water-based inks, it does not require prolonged dehydration and baking in an oven.
