LED-UV Glass Screen Printing Ink   I. Product Introduction This series of LED-UV glass screen printing inks is a single-component, light-curing screen printing ink. It is made from low-odor polyurethane acrylic, epoxy acrylic resin, glass-specific silane adhesion monomers, LED-specific high-efficiency long-wavelength photoinitiators, and high-temperature resistant inorganic pigments through composite grinding. It is compatible with 395nm/405nm low-temperature LED UV lamps for rapid curing and is an environmentally friendly printing material specifically for tempered and decorative glass, belonging to the high-end functional glass ink category.   The product has no solvent evaporation, a solid content of over 95%, and requires no high-temperature dehydration baking in an oven. Unlike thermosetting water-based inks, it does not produce waste gas and does not require an explosion-proof workshop.
