Multi-Element Purifying Agent for Molten Iron

Introduction No single element can handle every impurity in a melt. Oxygen, hydrogen, sulfur and non-metallic inclusions each respond to different chemistry, which is why we compound our purifying agent from several active elements instead of one. Our Multi-Element Purifying Agent for Molten Iron is a composite flux built on this principle: several components work together to deoxidize, desulfurize and clean the melt in a single ladle addition.   Why a multi-element composition Each active element targets a different impurity: one binds oxygen, another binds sulfur, a third aggregates the remaining inclusions so they can float out. Used alone, each element leaves part of the job undone.
