XSL600B Deep Well Drilling Rig
Ordinary drill machines cannot reach deep target layers or supply enough pull force and torque during geothermal exploitation and deep hydrological prospecting, failing to finish kilometer-level well drilling in hard rock. The XSL600B deep well rig carries abundant power surplus and deeper drilling range, matching geothermal well construction, deep domestic water well digging and geological survey tasks.
This rig supports a maximum drilling depth of 1,200 m and bore diameter up to Φ520 mm. Its peak lifting force hits 600 kN, with two torque gears: 20,000 N·m at 70 rpm and 10,000 N·m at 140 rpm. Equipped with a 191/194 kW rated engine compliant with Euro III emission rules, the whole unit weighs 23.5 tons, with transit dimensions 12,700 × 2,250 × 3,090 mm. After drilling finishes, the rig can pair with concrete equipment to carry out casing setting and grouting. Mining excavators assist in crushing and cleaning hard rock and soil on the ground for prepr…
