Wide Square Flange Mounted Bearing Unit is an integrated bearing assembly belonging to Industrial Flange series. Different from Oval Flange, Welding Flange and Heavy-Duty Flange, it adopts widened square flange design with expanded mounting surface, offering more uniform stress distribution and higher installation stability. The bearing insert is manufactured from high-quality GCr15 bearing steel fitted with double-layer sealing structure. It supports ±2° self-aligning function to compensate installation errors and slight shaft deflection, reducing running friction and improving transmission efficiency to lower energy consumption. Pre-filled with long-service-life lubricating grease at the factory, the unit achieves outstanding dustproof and moisture-proof performance to resist impurity intrusion, extend service life and cut routine maintenance frequency.
