Triangular Flange Mounted Bearing Unit is an integrated bearing assembly within the Industrial Flange category. Unlike Oval Flange, Welding Flange and Heavy-Duty Flange, it adopts a unique triangular flange layout with three mounting holes, which delivers stable stress distribution and adapts to special limited installation spaces. The bearing insert is made of premium GCr15 bearing steel equipped with double-layer sealing construction. It provides ±2° self-aligning function to offset installation errors and slight shaft deflection, lowering operating friction and boosting transmission efficiency for energy conservation. Pre-filled with long-lasting lubricating grease at the factory, the unit achieves excellent dustproof and moisture-proof performance to block contaminants, prolong service life and reduce maintenance frequency.
