Our Precision Oil Cylinder Lift Table is a finely engineered solution for accurate vertical positioning of aluminium transfer ladles within casting workstations. The unit features a single large‑diameter oil cylinder with built‑in proportional flow control, delivering ultra‑smooth acceleration and deceleration to prevent metal sloshing. Its 10‑tonne weighing platform incorporates four hermetically sealed load cells that communicate with a digital indicator, providing weight data with 0.1% repeatability. The table is constructed from high‑strength alloy steel, with a low‑profile design that minimises the overall height, making it suitable for pits or surface mounting. Thermal barriers and air‑cooling ducts protect sensitive electronics from ladle radiation.
