With capacities from 20 to 100 tonnes, it is ideally suited for large central melting plants that supply liquid metal to multiple casting lines. The furnace incorporates a high‑efficiency regenerative burner system that recovers waste heat from exhaust gases, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 72% and reducing natural gas consumption by up to 28% compared to older designs.
