FJC Series Jet Flotation Machine

FJC Series Jet Flotation Machine is a high-efficiency flotation machine belonging to professional coal washing equipment and complete mineral processing equipment. Different from mechanical stirring flotation equipment, it adopts jet negative pressure air suction structure without internal stirring impeller, relying on high-speed jet to mix ore pulp, medicament and air fully to form stable mineralized bubbles. It is mainly used for fine-grained coal slime, non-ferrous metal ore, ferrous metal ore flotation separation, featuring low energy consumption, low wear, stable foam layer and easy automatic control. In the whole coal washing and mineral processing production flow, raw ore is crushed by the crusher first, and then graded by the vibrating screen.
