Clean Electric Hoist for Special Environment Applications

Clean Electric Hoist is the core lifting component of clean cranes. Simply put, it is a fully enclosed and dust-proof electric hoist with special material treatment, to ensure no debris falling, no dust generation and no oil leakage when operating in high-cleanliness environments. It can be seamlessly integrated with Overhead Bridge Crane, Suspension Crane, and Free-standing Crane to meet diverse cleanroom lifting requirements. The hoist adopts a sealed cabinet rated above IP55, with the chain covered by a bellows cover or stainless steel dust cover to prevent internal wear particles from leaking out. The housing is mostly made of 304 stainless steel or anodized aluminum, and the wheels are made of wear-resistant, low-dust materials such as polyurethane or MC nylon. Standard lubricating oil is replaced with low-volatility / food-grade special grease to eliminate oil mist at the source.
