Wrinkle Surface Prepainted Galvanized Aluminum/Galvanized/Alu-Zinc Steel Wrinkle finish pre-painted galvanized steel is produced by incorporating texturing agents into the coating formulation prior to curing. These agents, typically polyamide beads or cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) particles (5–50 μm diameter), migrate during the baking process (PMT 210–230°C) to create a three-dimensional surface texture with peak-to-valley height (Rz) ranging from 15 to 60 μm. The coating system consists of a chromate-free pretreatment, an epoxy primer (7–12 μm), and a textured topcoat based on polyester (PE) or epoxy-polyester hybrid resins. Substrate specifications include hot-dip galvanized steel (GI) with minimum coating weight Z100 or aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel (GL) with AZ150, conforming to EN 10346.
