WPC PVC Profile Extrusion Line

  Description:   The PVC profile extrusion production line is an integrated production system for manufacturing door and window profiles. It is mainly composed of five core equipment: single screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, traction unit, fixed length cutting device and automatic stacking system.   The process flow of this production line follows the precise thermodynamic conversion principle: First, the single screw extruder plasticizes the PVC mixture into a uniform melt (processing temperature range: 170-190℃) through a three-stage heating system, and then completes the cross-section molding of the profile under the action of the die head pressure (15-25MPa). The vacuum shaping table realizes the rapid cooling and shaping of the molten profile through a three-stage water cooling system (water temperature gradient control: 20℃/15℃/10℃), ensuring that the dimensional tolerance of the product is controlled within ±0.3mm.
