A “breathable” polymer membrane engineered for the building envelope. Composite of high-tenacity polyester non-woven and a copolyester coating, it passes water-vapour molecules while surface tension blocks liquid water, delivering one-way moisture control: waterproof outside, vapour-open inside.   Product Applications   • Metal roofs: single-layer replacement for conventional PE vapour-retarder + waterproof duo. • Pitched tile roofs: full underlay prevents condensation soak-back into insulation, extending thermal service life. • Precast concrete façades: installed outward of insulation, stops rain entry and evacuates construction moisture, eliminating mould risk. • Ventilated curtain walls: works with sub-frame cavity to create a “drain-vent” rain-screen, cutting leak probability. • Timber frames: laid over OSB or plywood, protects structural wood while letting the wall breathe, preventing warp and split. • Also suited for double-skin steel wall panels and light-gauge steel stud walls.…
