The core features of student laboratory desks
1. Materials: Corrosion-resistant, fireproof, and strong load-bearing capacity
Desktop: Solid core physical and chemical boards (resistant to acid and alkali, and organic solvent corrosion), epoxy resin boards (heat-resistant, waterproof, suitable for chemical experiments), and stainless steel countertops (fireproof, impact-resistant, suitable for physical or biological dissection experiments) are mostly used. Ordinary wood or plastic materials (easily corroded by reagents and not heat-resistant) should be avoided.
Frame: Mainly made of cold-rolled steel or aluminum alloy, with anti-rust treatment on the surface (such as galvanizing or electrostatic spraying), it can bear a load of 80-150kg and support the weight of experimental instruments (such as beakers, microscopes, and small equipment).
2. Structure: Adapted to the requirements of experimental operations
Desktop size: Larger than ordinary desks (commonly 80×60cm, 100×60cm), reservi…
