SDS-PAGE Sample Loading Buffer (6x)

Developed to match protein electrophoresis workflows for academic experiments, this Research Grade Antibody Reagents works compatibly with 6× SDS-PAGE protein loading buffer, stabilizing protein antigen status for subsequent antibody hybridization and identification experiments. SDS-PAGE protein loading buffer (6×) is modified sixfold concentrated protein loading buffer added with bromophenol blue tracking dye, applicable to conventional SDS-PAGE detection including egg white protein sampling. This buffer is pre-formulated with reducing agent DTT and carries slight irritating odor. Usage method Dissolve 6× SDS-PAGE loading buffer at room temperature or a water bath temperature no higher than 37°C. Transfer the buffer to room temperature for preservation right after dissolution with warm water bath; long-time incubation in the water bath is not recommended.
