Yantai Donghui Powder Processing Equipments Co., Ltd. independently develops ETH28 lab twin screw extruder, micro powder coating equipment dedicated to formula R&D for plasticizing sampling procedure of miniature lab powder coating production line. As special small lab main machine after powder mixer, pre-blended powder is melted and extruded by this unit, then matched with supporting small powder flaking machine for cooling forming, and flaked samples will be ground by mini ACM grinding mill. The whole flow fully reproduces the process of mass-production equipment.   This lab extruder delivers excellent mixing performance with stable small-batch output.
