The process is: first part of the VCM (5%) is made into a stable emulsion (with a particle size of about 1.0μm) by mechanical homogenization, and then polymerized (an oil-soluble initiator must be selected). The PVC paste resin produced by this method has excellent fluidity, a small amount of emulsifier, and the thermal stability and water resistance of the resin are improved.
