Renishaw TS27R Workpiece Probe  Description The TS27R tool setting instrument is used for tool setting operation on CNC machining centers. When measuring tool length and detecting tool damage, the program drives the tool to approach the tool measuring needle along the Z axis. Set the radius of the rotating tool on the X and Y axes of the machine tool. The screw adjustment tool aligns the measuring needle with the axis of the machine.
