Refinery Heating Furnaces for Crude Oil Processing

Refinery heating furnaces and tubular furnaces are core heat supply units of petrochemical plants, cooperating closely with heat exchangers, reactor vessels, tower vessels and storage tanks to maintain continuous operation of production lines. Our tubular furnaces adopt optimized radiation and convection composite structure design to achieve high thermal efficiency and low flue gas emission. All pressure-bearing furnace tube assemblies follow pressure vessel manufacturing specifications and pass strict nondestructive testing. Standard process: heating furnaces and tubular furnaces heat raw materials up to reaction temperature, and heated media are sent into reactor vessels for synthesis and catalytic reaction. Heat exchangers recycle waste heat of high-temperature fluid to reduce fuel consumption of furnaces.
