Type CHTA barrel pump is horizontal. Multi-stage Centrifugal Pump but type HDSR Centrifugal Pump is single casing horizontal, section ring pump. The components of which are same as that of CHTA except the saing. The surface of handling liquid are clad with layers of aesthetics stainless steel both the suction and discharge nozzles are upwards. The suction branch can also be downward it required. The stage casing(104) inle annulus(103) and diffuser (106) are made of chrome steel. The casing wear ring(121), diffuser bush(117), shaft(201), impeller(202) and balance disc(213) are made of special material. 95% of axial thrust force are absorbed by balance device. The residual thrust force and additional axial force arisen in special working conditions are borne by thrust bearing. The mechanical sealing are used in the shaft.
