Recycled Polyester
Made from post‑consumer recycled PET bottle chips through crushing, melting and spinning. It is a sustainable eco‑friendly fiber and eligible for GRS certification. It features good color fastness, wrinkle resistance and quick‑dry performance with reduced carbon footprint for overseas eco‑friendly orders. The yarn surface is smooth with good cohesion. As the outer sheath fiber, it protects inner spandex core from abrasion during weaving and dyeing. Finished fabrics are less prone to pilling and deliver decent draping property.
Polyester
Virgin polyester is polymerized and spun from petrochemical feedstock. It boasts high tenacity, outstanding abrasion resistance and excellent dimensional stability with low shrinkage after washing. Blended with recycled polyester as sheath fiber, it compensates strength and wear‑resistance weaknesses of recycled polyester, improves overall yarn breaking strength and weaving performance with fewer spinning breaks. It features good l…
