Production Process: The basic shape and thickness of the plate are first machined using a milling machine or planer. CNC milling or wire-cut EDM processes various mounting holes and cavities. Heat treatment is then performed as needed. For more demanding retainer plates, the inner walls of the mounting holes are surface-hardened for enhanced wear resistance. Finally, after inspection by the quality department, the plate is packaged and shipped with anti-rust oil.
