Unlike synthetic vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), which contains only the alpha isomer, this product carries the full natural spectrum — alpha, beta, gamma, and delta — with gamma and delta dominating. That distribution is the technical reason it works: gamma and delta tocopherols carry the strongest radical-scavenging activity in food and cosmetic lipid systems, while alpha contributes vitamin E activity. The product is a light yellow to brownish-red pellucid viscous oil, insoluble in water but miscible with ethanol, acetone, chloroform, diethyl ether, and vegetable oils.
