Product Description J-Tron wear-resisting micro gear pump is the high efficiency small gear pump for inkjet printing and other industrial areas where requires aggressive fluids and liquid contains particulate matters. This CIJ pump is 3.5L/min at 4500rpm for the flow rate, which the revolution range is 100rpm to 4500rpm. The maxium pressure is 8bar. Pump body material is stainless steel 316 with titanium nitride coating. The shafts are ceramic and the gears are tungsten carbide. Matched with J-Tron self-developed 70W brushless motor with 0~5V DC speed change. The viscosity range is 0.5cps to 1500cps.
