The machine features an automated bag hooking arm, inflatable filling spout, load cell platform, vibratory densification deck, and motorized roller conveyor. Integration with Packing LinesThis unit acts as a dedicated Bulk Bag Packing Machine and can be fed from a Powder Packing Machine via a screw conveyor or surge hopper. For valve bag applications, a Valve Bag Packing Machine can be installed alongside. The system integrates seamlessly into an Automatic Packing Line, communicating with upstream silos and downstream palletizers via PLC.
