L Shaped Nylon Guide Rail

Featuring an integrated L-shaped profile, the rail realizes both guiding and limiting functions. Precisely machined from modified nylon, it serves as an ideal replacement for steel guide rails to eliminate common problems including loud operating noise, rusting and scratching of chains or conveyed products. It is suitable for chain guidance, material sliding limitation and side protection of conveying systems under long-term reciprocating operation. Our factory mass produces Food Grade PET Preforms and supplies standardized Injection Molding Plastic Products.
