New Polyamine Shale Inhibitor is dedicated Drilling Fluid Additive for water-based drilling systems, developed to solve hydration and expansion issues of shale and clay formations. It can be matched with our full chemical lineup including Heavy Oil Viscosity Reducer, Demulsifier & Water Purifier, Scale & Corrosion Inhibitor and H2S Scavenger, covering drilling, heavy oil exploitation, gathering pipeline maintenance and produced water treatment.   This transparent water-soluble liquid has specific gravity of 0.993–1.1 and flash point over 93℃, with recommended dosage 0.2–1%. It reduces spacing between shale flakes via intercalation effect to block water molecule penetration and restrain clay hydration expansion fundamentally.
