Features and Applications   The product is widely used for interlayer insulation and turn-to-turn insulation in oil-immersed power transformers. During the coil drying process, the coating layer melts at a certain temperature to achieve adhesion, and then cures as the temperature further rises. This reliably bonds adjacent layers of the winding into a fixed unit.   The high adhesive strength of epoxy resin prevents displacement of the winding layers during short circuits, thereby ensuring long-term electrical and mechanical performance of the insulation structure.   As the epoxy coating on diamond-dotted paper is applied in discrete dots, it allows full oil penetration and effective gas release from the insulation material.
