A complete set of self-made gypsum block equipment is used to continuously process "phosphogypsum powder with a fineness of over 100 meshes, short fibers, self-made additives, and water" that meet the quality and radioactivity requirements to prepare phosphogypsum hollow blocks. The production water consumption is only about 30% of the weight of the phosphogypsum powder, which is the minimum water requirement for the rapid hydration of the phosphogypsum powder.
