Features of Stretch Wrap Machine: The Pallet Wrapping Machine adopts an open strap channel, allowing the strap channel (sword groove) to automatically pass through the structural holes of the pallet, securing both the product and the pallet together with the strapping band. The Pallet Wrapper is designed to accommodate strapping bands with an inner diameter of 406mm. A larger reel inner diameter helps reduce the curvature of the strapping band, improving the success rate of band feeding in the strapping machine. If a 200mm inner diameter specification is required, special indication is needed, and customization is available. The Cargo Wrapping Machine adopts a side-strapping high-tension head structure, with strap tension adjustable between 20-250KG via a touchscreen interface.
