Vanadium  Nitrogen Alloy Product Overview Vanadium Nitrogen Alloy (VN), also known as vanadium nitride, is a new type of alloying additive produced from vanadium pentoxide, carbon powder, active agent under a controlled high-temperature reaction in a nitrogen atmosphere.   It is a new alloying additive, VN alloy can partially replace ferrovanadium in steelmaking.
