Melamince Board Advanced Manufacturing Process Our melamine boards are produced using fully automated continuous presses and short-cycle hot-press technology, ensuring consistent quality and high efficiency: Core Material Preparation: High-quality E0/E1-grade MDF or particleboard is selected, sanded, cut, and moisture-balanced to ensure a smooth, uniform surface. Impregnation & Drying: Decorative paper is saturated with melamine-formaldehyde resin, then dried and cured to form the decorative and protective layers. Laying-up & Hot Pressing: The impregnated paper is precisely layered onto the substrate and fed into a multi-layer hot press, where it is fused under high temperature (140–160°C) and high pressure (25–35 kg/cm²) in a single step.
