Heavy Load Mold Stand for Workshops

The Heavy Load Mold Stand is designed for the most demanding applications where moulds exceed 10 tonnes in weight. This stand features a robust welded frame constructed from large-section H-beams and thick base plates, ensuring zero deflection under maximum load. The top surface is machined flat to provide a stable seating for moulds, and we can incorporate locating pins or keyways to align the mould precisely for maintenance or repair work. Unlike conventional racks, this stand is typically used as a single-bay or double-bay unit, dedicated to specific large dies that require frequent access. Our Custom Steel Fabrication process allows us to tailor the stand's footprint, height, and load distribution to match your press specifications and floor loading limits.   Safety is a top priority in this design.
