LXQWL constant‑velocity ball‑joint universal coupling is a high‑performance Cardan Shaft, belonging to heavy‑duty Coupling designed for shaft systems requiring synchronous rotation between misaligned drive and driven shafts. Its mechanical structure consists of outer ball cage, star‑shaped inner ring, force‑transfer steel balls and retainer. The steel balls are arranged inside raceways between outer ball cage and star‑shaped inner ring, while the retainer keeps steel balls in correct position. This product delivers nominal torque from 180 N·m to 100000 N·m, rotating diameter ranging from 85 mm to 275 mm, and allowable shaft angle up to 14‑18 degrees.
