Electric tricycle differential for cargo tricycle

Frequent and hard-to-solve differential gearbox failures? In the field of electric freight tricycles, the differential gearbox, as a core component of power transmission, directly affects the operational efficiency of the entire vehicle. Currently, the industry commonly faces technical issues such as early gear wear, seal failure and oil leakage, as well as abnormal noises and vibrations. These problems not only increase maintenance frequency but also lead to reduced transportation timeliness and increased operational costs. To address this technical challenge, we have developed a new generation of differential gearbox systems. The product offers two gear specifications, 14 teeth and 16 teeth, and adopts a modular design architecture of integral and split types. By combining chromium-molybdenum alloy forged gears with carburizing and quenching processes, and incorporating a labyrinth-type multi-seal structure, the durability of the product is significantly enhanced.
