The external laminating machine for hollow corrugated cups features a desktop layout that isolates the transmission components from the molds. The transmission components are located beneath the platform, while the molds reside on the platform—a configuration that facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The machine employs automatic spray lubrication, a longitudinal shaft transmission system, an open cylindrical sprocket indexing mechanism, and gear transmission, ensuring overall stability and quality. Electrical components are controlled by PLC, photoelectric tracking, and servo feed systems. With a production capacity of 80–100 units per minute, this machine is suitable for manufacturing cold/hot laminated hollow corrugated cups weighing 5–16 ounces.
