Custom Sheet Metal Parts Prototype Fabrication

This sheet metal part is a stainless steel mounting base plate for equipment. It can be used in medical devices, household appliances, automated testing equipment, and more.   This custom sheet metal part can be designed to match the structure of different products, offering flexible processing and a wide range of applications. It can also be processed with a variety of materials (such as cold-rolled steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and electrolytic steel).   Product Processing: Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it is cut using an AMADA laser cutting machine, tapped and riveted, and then bent using an AMADA press brake. After bending, it is welded using a Hitachi welder.
