Product Description Custom internal gears (ring gears) are forged or precision-machined rings with teeth cut on the inside diameter. Modules 1–50, Ø 80–4 000 mm, face width ≤ 600 mm, weight ≤ 15 t. Closed-die forging followed by CNC shaping produces near-net rings; finish grinding achieves AGMA Q6–Q10 accuracy and 0.8 µm flank Ra.     Performance Carburise or nitride creates 58–62 HRC tooth surface, 1–3 mm effective case, core 300–450 HV. Bending fatigue limit ≥ 450 MPa, contact fatigue ≥ 1 500 MPa. Continuous grain flow along tooth root doubles fatigue life versus cut-from-bar rings. 100 % UT EN 10228-3 and MT ASTM E709 ensure crack-free, inclusion-free structure.   Features Compact coaxial design eliminates idler gear, reduces centre distance 40 % and weight 25 %.
