Commercial Bubble Prewash Machine for Dishwashing

Product Description The hardest part of dishwashing often happens before the dishwasher is switched on. Grease, leftover food and dried residue may need to be loosened or removed first, especially in kitchens handling a large number of meals every day. The Hengze HZ-GP1500 Commercial Bubble Prewash Machine is designed for this first stage of the washing process. It provides a 250 L heated prewash tank where soiled items can be soaked and agitated before moving to the main washing equipment. A 0.55 kW blower creates vortex-style air and water movement inside the tank. Instead of leaving items in still soaking water, the continuous bubble action works around the load to help loosen grease and attached food residue. Water temperature can be adjusted between 40°C and 55°C, supported by a 6 kW heating system. The machine also helps manage what comes off during prewashing.
